In accordance with current regulations on Transparency and good governance,

(Law 19/2013, of December 9, on transparency, access to public information and good governance), and the Canarian Transparency Law 12/2014 of December 26; RdD provides information about your organization, to guarantee the transparency of its activity.

INSTITUTIONAL INFORMATION

PURPOSES OF THE ORGANIZATION


According to article 2 of the statutes of the association, our purposes are:


1. Promote people through the development of the human being.

2. Promote and raise awareness of cooperation for solidarity, between societies

and people located in the field of underdevelopment.


3. Look for ways to strengthen the solidary action of the cooperation to the

development, which must be based on the committed effort of the parties,

(reciprocity vs unidirectionality).


4. Help families without resources to meet their basic needs

(food, housing, health, education), in any country that can

benefit from the ends of the association, so that they can lead a life

dignity, enabling the development of the skills of its members.

From the point of view of its internal organizational structure, Rosa del Desierto is

constituted by a General Assembly and a Board of Directors.

ECONOMIC-FINANCIAL INFORMATION

All RdD projects are aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) that guide the goals in international cooperation.


The three pillars of our projects are:

    Social CareHealth CareEducation

The financing policy aims to search for and manage funds

that allow the implementation of RdD programs to achieve

the mission and objectives of the association.

This procedure allows us to obtain, year after year, an efficiency greater than 90%,

that is, more than 90% of the money spent is invested directly in the activities, which are those that help achieve the specific objectives of the projects.

The basic criterion on the use of economic resources is:
